Are these NASA's own drawings?

They are drawn from NASA's published technical documentation, which is in the public domain, set to a consistent scale and typography so a set hangs together.

Do they carry NASA's insignia?

No. NASA's documents are public domain but its insignia are not free to use, so no logo is printed; each sheet names the vehicle and the mission in plain words.

How is it printed and framed?

Like every print here: giclée printed on 200 gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper with archival pigment inks, then framed by hand in solid wood — a classic frame in eight colours or a box frame, with or without a mount — or sent rolled for a frame you already have. Made to order and posted tracked; the print guide has the sizes.
