A person reads every message, usually within one working day.
Email [email protected]. If it is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email so we can find it straight away.
Before you write
- Changing a print. Every print stays editable in the Studio until you check out. After that, email within the hour and we will hold it before it goes to print.
- Where is my order? Most prints are dispatched within 3–5 working days; the dispatch email carries the tracking link.
- Arrived damaged? Send a photo of the print and the box. We replace it, no quibble.
- Gift vouchers. The code is on the thank-you page, in the order email and on the card; a runner redeems it at checkout.
- A race we should recognise. Tell us the race and we will look at the course.
Clubs and events
Running clubs, race organisers and coaches: a print for a whole club, or a voucher for every finisher, is something we would like to talk about. Same address.
