Cyclists record everything and frame nothing. The Ride Print takes the ride they will not stop describing, a sportive, a century, the club run with the crash, and draws it by speed with the climb beneath and every 10 km marked. A year of rides makes a heatmap. A voucher gets you out of guessing.
The ride
The Ride Print is the Marathon Print reading a bike: the route drawn heavier where they were flying and lighter on the climbs, the ride time set large, average and top speed, the climb in metres, and a strip of 10 km splits with the elevation underneath. Give it for the sportive they trained for or the one they did on a whim.
The year
For a cyclist with a few thousand kilometres in the account, the heatmap of every road they know is the print that surprises them: the commute glows, the Sunday loops build up, the one ride to the coast is a thin line to the edge of the sheet. The elevation print does the same for the climbs, layered like a range.
How to give it without their login
You cannot connect someone else's Strava, and you should not try. The gift voucher is a code for the price of a framed A3; they open the Studio, connect their account, pick the ride or the year, and the code pays at checkout. It arrives by email.
Sizes and frames
A3 (12 × 16 in) is the size most rides look right at; a long point-to-point ride suits the wide way round, and the Studio turns it. Frames are solid wood in eight colours, or a deeper box frame in three; the A3 sheet alone is £20.95 if they have a frame they like.
Does it work with Garmin or Wahoo?
Yes, if the rides are on Strava, which nearly all are — the Studio reads them straight from the account.
Can it show the club ride with everyone's names?
No, one rider per print. A club can order the same route for everyone, which is what some do for a memorial ride.
What about indoor rides?
They have no route, so they are left off the ride prints; the Year in Motion and Distance rings styles count them.
